Code of Conduct
The Charoen Pokphand Group Code of Conduct ensures that all our employees worldwide engage in ethical and responsible business conduct with respect for the rights of stakeholders as well as improve upon or lessen negative impacts on the environment while remaining united by the common values of integrity and honesty.
The Group aims to build awareness and enable all employees to recognize the importance of working ethically. Accordingly, we have incorporated trainings on the Code of Conduct in the orientation program for new employees. The Group continues to provide regular trainings and organizes annual tests on ethics.
In addition, the Group also published the Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage suppliers to recognize the importance of complying with the Supplier Code of Conduct in order to achieve comprehensive supply chain management and sustainable business growth. This demonstrates responsibility towards the community, society and environment.

In order to set a common direction for corporate governance operations of all our affiliated companies, Charoen Pokphand Group has established Group-level policies and guidelines that cover key environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
