The aim of Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute is to drive the organization's future. It is a place to nurture personnel from Charoen Pokphand Group to become future leaders, a place for leadership meetings, fostering business strategies, and driving the development of new businesses for the organization. Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute creates customized programs with international standards to cultivate the leadership DNA of future business world leaders.
The programs at this CP Leadership Institute use the principle of "Action Learning" a form of teaching and learning that allows learners to learn through hands-on practices, enabling them to have clear knowledge in their work, learn from mistakes, and expand on successes. To maximize the effectiveness of the learning model, learners in every program will receive "authority swords" or the power to make decisions on the job, allowing them true accountability, reducing work processes, and solving problems in parallel with "follow-up" on a daily basis and self-assessment through that work. Learners will develop knowledge and various skills through actual practices instead of classroom teaching and receive "360-degree evaluation" from their team, subordinates, supervisors, and directly involved individuals, with the thinking principle that true leaders emerge from the acceptance of those around them. In addition, during the learning process, CP Leadership Institute and learners will jointly "extract lessons and distill knowledge" to share success lessons, lessons, and mistakes among learners from various levels and store them as C.P. Group's knowledge that can be continuously updated to keep up with world situations.
