Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute has organized Charoen Pokphand Potential Leaders Development Program (PLP) with the same goal of bolstering business competitiveness, transforming business management models for agility, being ready for rapid changes, and growing sustainably. It also supports the use of advanced technology to add value throughout the supply chain from upstream to downstream, reduce complex work processes, and combine the strengths of business units within C.P. Group for maximum benefit to the country, community, and company.

The program focuses on providing participants with hands-on practical training by dividing them into subgroups and assigning them to work in designated companies, as well as participating in joint workshops. This allows the participants to develop skills in various dimensions and learn comprehensively from the experiences of top executives, expert speakers in various fields, and exchange knowledge with fellow participants to develop new generation leaders into higher-level professional business leaders.
