CPLI Joins Novice Plook Panya Dharma Year 12 Alms-giving, Cultivating Mindfulness to Nurture Sustainable Leaders

The C.P. Leadership Institute (CPLI), led by its executives and employees, participated in a dried food alms-giving ceremony for 12 novices of the Novice Plook Panya Dharma Year 12 project. Held at Dhavee Dharma Meditation Center in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, the activity was organized under the theme Dhamma Land, Thai Land: Love, Learn, Persevere, Give with an Awakened Heart. The initiative aims to promote Dhamma learning and spiritual refinement, serving as a vital foundation for nurturing responsible, public-minded leaders ready to drive the organization toward a sustainable future.

The morning session commenced at 6:30 AM, with Phramaha Chakhin Kittimethi, Assistant Abbot of Wat Yannawa, leading the novices to receive alms from the faithful. He shared an inspiring Dhamma teaching: Do good everywhere, avoid all evil, and purify your mind, which perfectly aligns with the daily broadcast theme of Sati Sampajanna or Mindfulness and Clear Comprehension. This activity transcends the preservation of Buddhist traditions by shifting the mindset of the new generation of leaders. It encourages them to realize that strong leadership begins with self-awareness, a pure heart, and compassion—qualities that empower leaders to manage and make ethical decisions effectively.
