CPLI Hosts First LDP Synergy Session to Foster Sustainable Collaboration and Strong Networks within CP Group
The Leaders Development Program (LDP), also known as the "Tao Kae Klang," organized by CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), aims to enhance business outcomes and strengthen collaboration across various departments within the CP Group. To achieve this goal, CPLI held the inaugural LDP Synergy Session, to promote teamwork and build robust networks across CP Group's business units.
The first LDP Synergy Session featured two esteemed speakers from within the CP Group: Ms. Uea-angkun Tanvisut, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Sales & Operations at CP Axtra Public Company Limited, and Ms. Koranit Thanasunthornkit, Vice President of Human Resources at CP All Public Company Limited. Both speakers shared their insights and leadership experiences within the CP Group.
This event provided participants with new knowledge and ideas and strengthened relationships and collaboration between different departments within the CP Group. The initiative aims to enhance the organization's competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth in the future.
