CPLI Affirms Stance Against All Forms of Corruption on National Anti-Corruption Day 2025

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), led by Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and President of CPLI, along with its executive team and staff, has formally declared its unwavering stance against all forms of corruption. This symbolic action was taken to mark National Anti-Corruption Day 2025, reinforcing the institute's commitment to organizational transparency.
The declaration highlights the critical importance of combating corruption, a principle that aligns directly with the institute's ESG framework. It particularly emphasizes the Governance (G) aspect, which demands clear and impactful implementation, not just theoretical adherence.
In addition to their declaration, the CPLI team participated in an online seminar hosted by the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT). The session, titled "No Corruption... No Progress? Is it true?", explored critical questions such as how success can be achieved without resorting to corrupt practices and what an ideal, fair system should look like. The discussion also underscored the vital role of the new generation in driving systemic change through fair, transparent, and accountable means.
Through these activities, CPLI aims to raise awareness and encourage all sectors, both internal and external, to recognize the importance of rejecting corruption at every level, from local communities to the national stage. By fostering a culture of integrity and transparency, the institute seeks to promote fairness in society, which is especially crucial in the current era where corruption has wide-ranging impacts on the economy and sustainable development.
