CPLI Promotes Sustainable Well-being for the Elderly through “Sharp Mind, Steady Stand, Fall Prevention” Activity

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) continues to advance its mission to improve the quality of life for the elderly by supporting initiatives under the “Healthy Aging for Longevity” program, organized by Pak Chong Municipality. In its latest effort, CPLI hosted a brain and body training session titled “Sharp Mind, Steady Stand, Fall Prevention” at the Khao Khaen Park meeting hall in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The activity aimed to strengthen physical resilience and reduce the risk of falls among senior participants.

The session focused on integrating cognitive, muscular, and emotional skills through sensory-stimulating games such as “Passing the Ball” and “Chopstick Ping Pong,” along with Pilates-based exercises to build core and leg strength. At the end of the session, participants expressed their appreciation by presenting small tokens of gratitude to the team and instructors—reflecting an atmosphere of warmth and meaningful engagement.

CPLI remains committed to its role as a center for human development that extends beyond the organization itself. By fostering participatory learning experiences, CPLI aims to help build a stronger, healthier, and more sustainable Thai society.
