CPLI Promotes Mindful Leadership Through Almsgiving and Dharma Learning

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently led 35 participants from the “CP Future Leaders Development Program” (Tao Kae Noi), representing business units including CPALL, CPF, CP AXTRA, and TRUE, in a meaningful almsgiving activity. The group offered dry food to monks and 12 novices from the “True Little Monks” program at Dhaweedhamma Dhamma Practice Center in Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima. This initiative supports spiritual learning and character development—foundational elements in cultivating compassionate, community-minded leaders.
Now in its 11th year, the “True Little Monks” program continues to bring Buddhist teachings to life for younger generations through engaging and accessible experiences. The program is available for replay on TrueVisions HD Channels 119 and 333, the TrueID and TrueVisions Now applications, and True Plookpanya Channel (PSI 230).
By integrating spiritual awareness into leadership development, CPLI affirms its commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who lead with both wisdom and heart.
