CPLI Hosts "FLP16 Orientation" to Welcome New Participants and Commence the 16th CP Future Leaders Development Program

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently organized the "FLP16 Orientation" to officially welcome new participants from the 16th CP Future Leaders Development Program into the Charoen Pokphand Group. This orientation session featured speakers from CPLI who provided insights and knowledge to prepare the participants for real-world business endeavors. The session covered various topics, including an overview of the group's business operations, growth pathways for young entrepreneurs, application of acquired knowledge in business, the implementation of one-day satisfaction projects, and guidelines on becoming effective and skilled leaders within the organization.

During the six-month program, participants will be assigned challenging business tasks to facilitate learning through practical experience. Beyond business outcomes, the program emphasizes leadership development, problem-solving, teamwork, synergy across business units, and offers opportunities for participants to present their project progress monthly at the CPLI Campus in Nakhon Ratchasima. These presentations enable participants to share and learn from each other's successes and challenges, with senior executives providing feedback and support.

Additionally, CPLI has prepared various learning activities to equip the young entrepreneurs with valuable skills and to foster networking opportunities among participants from different business units.
