CPLI Showcases Commitment to Gender Equality at "Empower Together For A Better Tomorrow: Pride & Women United"

Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group) remains steadfast in its commitment to empowering individuals of all genders by providing equal opportunities and rights across all aspects of life, from education and employment to family rights. As part of this commitment, CP Group organized the event "Empower Together For A Better Tomorrow: Pride & Women United" at the Digital Playground zone, True Digital Park (West Wing). The event was graced by distinguished guests including Dr. Teerapon Tanomsakyut, Chief Corporate Sustainability Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, CP Group; Khun Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer, CP Group; Khun Siriporn Dechsingha, Deputy Chief Communications Officer, CP Axtra Public Company Limited; Khun Paphitchaya Suwandee, CEO, CP Future City Development Corporation; Khun Monsinee Nakapanant, Co-President, Ascend Money Company Limited; and Khun Peerada Dulyapiradit, Public and Private Sector Engagement Consultant for Women’s Economic Empowerment at UN Women Thailand. Representatives from the LGBTQ+ community and influencers also participated in a panel discussion titled "Empower Inspiration Panel."

Khun Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul emphasized that CP Group’s human resources policies prioritize equality and capability, offering opportunities to all genders. The company has established policies and activities to support and promote equality, including the formation of an LGBTQ+ Club. This initiative provides a platform for all employees to participate, innovate, and express themselves, serving as a voice for the community and a channel for the company to listen and support. This club is also a crucial mechanism driving the company towards sustainability, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 on Gender Equality. Additionally, CP Group has launched the CP Ambassador program, where knowledgeable and dedicated employees volunteer to contribute positively to the organization.

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) emphasizes diversity and equality among its employees, ensuring opportunities for all genders, ages, and levels to achieve their goals. During a recent event, CPLI representatives, employees, and CP Ambassadors wore vibrant colors to demonstrate their commitment to gender equality. Participants expressed pride in being part of an initiative that highlights CPLI's dedication to equality and inclusivity.
