Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute Certified with Thailand MICE Venue Standard
The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) organized the MICE Standards Day 2024 event on 20 March 2024 to certify venues that meet the specified standards and to raise more awareness about the importance of the MICE industry to the country's development. The event also aimed to promote Thailand's progress towards becoming a "global MICE leader." The venue standards are divided into three categories: Meeting Rooms, Exhibition Venues, and Special Event Venues.
This year, a total of 226 organizations and agencies received MICE industry-standard certifications. Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute Company Limited orCharoen Pokphand Leadership Institute was awarded the Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) certification for the Meeting Rooms category. Mr. Apicha Premsri, General Manager of the Meeting and Food Department at Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute represented the institute in receiving the award from Dr. Atchaka Sibunruang, Chairman of the Board View of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, who presided over the ceremony at the Rama Gardens Hotel.
The Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) certification received on this occasion is a national-level standard that reflects the potential and readiness of Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute. It enhances confidence in the venue, service, security systems, technology systems, and environmental management that meet national standards.
