CPLI Organizes CPLI Town Hall 2024 Under the Theme "Build for the Future"
Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute (CPLI) organized a Town Hall 2024 event to officially announce the vision, policies, and strategies for business operations as well as work guidelines for the year 2024. Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijikul, the Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and Director of Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute, presided over the event, which was held at Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
Ms. Pimonrat imparted CPLI's key strategies for 2024, which focus on developing good and talented leaders for Charoen Pokphand Group, promoting and enhancing the efficiency of innovation within the organization, and driving sustainable organizational development based on concrete ESG principles, along with strengthening partnerships and supplier networks. Reephattanavijikulalso participated in a workshop with employees to brainstorm, exchange ideas, and transfer knowledge to create tactics and determine action plans for driving towards the goal of becoming a "Global Leadership Development Institute'' together in a sustainable manner.
