CPLI Sends Male and Female Employees to Participate in the 1st Petanque Competition at Nong Nam Daeng Games to Strengthen Relationships with the Community and Promote Physical and Mental Well-being for All
The Nong Nam Daeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization organized the 1st Petanque competition, Nong Nam Daeng Games, between February and March 2024, with a trophy at stake. The competition aimed to foster relationships, create unity among the participants, and promote complete physical and mental health.
Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute (CPLI) recognized the importance of creating a happy work environment and was committed to fostering a culture of equality within the organization. This competition also provided an excellent opportunity for our employees to strengthen relationships and promote physical and mental well-being among people in the community. Moreover, sports activities could be aligned with C.P. Group's Six Core Values as they encouraged sportsmanship, accepting defeat, victory, and forgiveness. Also, integrity and honesty which was one of C.P. Group's Six Core Values had always been upheld in its business operations.
In this competition, CPLI sent a total of three teams to participate, two male teams and one female team, each consisting of employees from all departments. The opening ceremony of the 1st Petanque competition, Nong Nam Daeng Games, was held on 19 February 2024, and was presided over by Mr. Kanaschan Sricharoen, the Pak Chong District Chief. The opening match was played between the District Chief and the team of Mr. Kamron Kanokchatchawan, the President of the Nong Nam Daeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The competition then commenced with 27 male teams and 20 female teams competing.
