CPLI Collaborates with AXONS to Equip FLP20 with AI Skills, Elevating Potential to Drive Digital-Era Businesses

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) continues to prepare the new generation of leaders to keep pace with technological changes by organizing a training session titled AXONS Sharing AI for FLP. The session was designed for participants of the CP Future Leaders Development Program (FLP) Batch 20 to comprehensively enhance their Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy. The primary objective is to empower modern leaders to practically apply technology to create value, elevate operational efficiency, and unlock new business opportunities for the organization.

This learning activity was honored by AI Coaches from AXONS, a leading technology organization, including Mr. Amornchai Wiwatcharee and Mr. Suphawit Kongwuttikunakorn. They shared insights ranging from the foundations of AI and Machine Learning technologies to the innovation design process. A key takeaway that professionals can immediately apply in their organizations is the concept of initiating an effective AI project. It should not begin by focusing solely on the technology, but rather by asking the right questions to analyze genuine business problems and opportunities first. Furthermore, designing a successful project requires a systematic consideration of all comprehensive aspects, including cost-effectiveness evaluation, required data, team skills, and customer impact. Most importantly, it must be firmly grounded in the safe and responsible use of AI (Responsible AI), which is the core principle for minimizing risks and building trust.
