CPLI Hosts Friendly Badminton Tournament, Fostering Synergy Among PLP Participants and Breaking Down Collaborative Silos to Cultivate New-Generation Leaders for Sustainability

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) organized a friendly badminton tournament for participants of the CP Potential Leaders Development Program (PLP), also known as Tao Kae Lek, to promote physical health and build strong relationships among personnel. This activity attracted the interest of new-generation leader representatives from various business units, including CPF, CPCRT, TRUE, CPALL, and CPAXTRA. A total of 36 participants paired up to form 18 teams for the competition, joined by over 20 supporters who added vibrant energy to the event. The outcome went beyond mere enjoyment; it successfully established a robust collaborative network that serves as a foundation for synergizing business operations.
The tournament atmosphere was filled with smiles and sportsmanship, with the representative team from the TRUE business unit impressively claiming the championship title. Beyond the competition results, this sporting event helped shift mindsets and inspired new-generation leaders to realize that well-rounded leadership begins with robust physical and mental health. The doubles format of the competition also reflected the importance of teamwork, keeping an open mind to learn, and listening to one another across different business units. This exchange of perspectives outside the classroom effectively broke down traditional working silos, leading to seamless and integrated collaboration.
Because strong leaders are the crucial driving force in shaping the future, CPLI firmly believes that the network of friendship and the power of synergy generated on the court today will be the starting point for driving innovation and highly efficient teamwork. This will elevate the potential of our personnel, preparing them to step up as exemplary role models in propelling the organization and Thai society toward stable and sustainable growth for years to come.
