CPLI Hosts "Winning Mindset and Power of GRIT" Workshop to Empower Potential Leaders, Igniting the Mindsets of the New Generation to Drive the Organization Toward Sustainability
The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) continues its mission to cultivate future leaders by organizing the "Winning Mindset and Power of GRIT" workshop. This intensive session is a core learning module within the CP Potential Leaders Development Program (PLP), also known as Tao Kae Lek. The workshop was honored by the presence of Ms. Nichapa Thepwutthi (Ajarn Op-Ap) as the distinguished speaker. This training focused on developing a positive attitude and a Growth Mindset to enhance determination, perseverance, and adaptability to change among the new generation of leaders. The outcomes will enable participants to apply these concepts in setting goals and taking disciplined action in both their professional and personal lives.
The curriculum was meticulously designed to provide learners with a systematic understanding of the differences between a Growth Mindset and a Fixed Mindset. A key highlight of the training was the application of the GRIT Framework & Tools, integrated with Angela Duckworth’s theory of "The 4 Assets of Grit", which encompasses Interest, Practice, Purpose, and Hope. Furthermore, all PLP participants engaged in practical workshops to analyze real-life challenge situations, collaboratively solving problems by developing a GRIT Action Plan to apply directly to their respective roles. These learning processes empower leaders to effectively confront obstacles and shift their perspective on failure, viewing it simply as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Equipping these future leaders with the right cognitive tools serves as a crucial strategy to transform their thinking, filling them with positive energy and resilience. CPLI firmly believes that cultivating leaders with a Winning Mindset and relentless determination will not only help the CP Potential Leaders unlock their maximum potential but will also serve as an inspiration, radiating a powerful sense of confidence to their teams.
