CPLI Hosts CP Exponential Surge Pitching to Foster Innovation in New Generation Leaders

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently held the 1st Pitching round for its CP Exponential Surge program. The event was honored by Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and President of CPLI, who delivered a warm welcome address and offered encouragement to the contestants.

This activity serves as a significant platform of opportunity, enabling new generation leaders from all of the Group's business units, both domestic and international, to present their creative ideas. A total of 1,476 projects were submitted to the competition.

Throughout the two-day event, the atmosphere was filled with energy and determination. The 19 teams that passed the rigorous selection process presented their concepts to a committee comprised of representatives from various business units. Their presentations reflected the Group's 6 Core Values, particularly the value of 'Innovate'.
