CPLI Partners with National Innovation Agency (NIA) to Host 'Innovative Thinking' Workshop for 'Tao Kae Noi' FLP18

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) has collaborated with the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization), or NIA, to organize an “Innovative Thinking” workshop for participants of the CP Future Leaders Development Program or FLP18, also known as 'Tao Kae Noi'. The event was designed to foster creative thinking, enhance innovative skills and processes, and prepare participants to become innovators capable of driving future change.

The workshop was led by Ms. Pattamawadee Phuaphromyod, Senior Innovation Promotion Manager, and a team of facilitators from NIA. They guided participants through the innovation creation process using hands-on learning, covering everything from asking insightful questions to understand user insights, to ideation, prototyping, and initial business model planning. This initiative reflects CPLI's mission to develop "capable and virtuous" leaders by equipping the new generation with future-ready skills, enabling them to connect the dimensions of people, technology, and business to create innovations that deliver sustainable value to the organization and society.

This activity highlights the collaborative approach of CPLI and NIA in fostering the 'Tao Kae Noi' participants to become a new generation of innovators who possess deep knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to execute, ready to transform their ideas into future value for both the organization and society.
