Notable examples include the “CP Axtra Sales Leader’s Manual” and the “CP Axtra Branch Manager’s Manual,” which serve as essential tools for deepening understanding and enhancing the skills of employees in the retail sector.
On this occasion, CPLI’s Retail Business Knowledge Management (KMR) team held a high-level meeting with senior executives from CP Axtra, including Khun Aree Wongrasmee, Vice President of Customer Business; Khun Uea-angkun Tanvisut, Vice President of Wholesale Business for Makro Thailand; and Khun Monchai Intarapornudom, Senior Director of Hypermarket Operations at Lotus's Thailand. The discussion provided an opportunity to gather valuable feedback and jointly shape the future development of the knowledge manual, reflecting CPLI’s commitment to building robust knowledge assets that respond to the rapidly evolving business landscape.
