CPLI Welcomes Executives from Over 120 Vocational Education Institutions Nationwide to Advance Dual Vocational Education and Develop Future-Ready Talent
The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) welcomed executives from over 120 vocational education institutions nationwide as part of a collaborative initiative between CP ALL Public Company Limited and Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The visit was held in conjunction with the “Strategic Seminar on Advancing Dual Vocational Education for Educational Institution Executives, Academic Year 2026.” The event provided a platform for exchanging knowledge and exploring strategies to enhance educational management in alignment with the evolving needs of businesses and the future labor market.
The event featured Mr. Wichian Niamnom, representative of CP ALL Public Company Limited, currently serving on the Corporate Strategy Committee and the Education Policy Committee of CP ALL, its business groups, and educational institutions. He shared his vision and strategies for educational development through special presentations on “Synergy for Success: Integrating Business and Education to Drive Sustainable Growth for the Next Generation” and “SBP Transformation 2026: Proactive Educational Institution Management Strategies for Excellence in Student Recruitment and Care.” Outstanding educational institutions were also recognized for their achievements in student recruitment.
In addition, the executives visited CPLI and attended a special presentation on its role in developing leaders and personnel across the Charoen Pokphand Group. Through learning experiences that connect knowledge with real-world practice, participants gained new perspectives on developing people's capabilities to adapt to future changes and challenges.
This visit underscores CPLI’s role as a hub for learning and knowledge exchange, fostering collaboration between the business and education sectors to develop quality talent, elevate Thai education, and build a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
