CPLI Partners with AWS and Sauce Skills to Host the First Workshop of the Transformative Leaders Program Batch 1, Equipping Leaders to Become Bionic Leaders

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) hosted the first workshop under its newly launched Transformative Leaders Program Batch 1. This program was co-developed with AWS, a leader in AI technology, and Sauce Skills, a premier digital transformation consultancy. The primary objective is to forge Bionic Leaders—executives who can seamlessly integrate human potential with technology and leverage AI to drive business advancement.

This inaugural workshop was honored by the presence of Mr. Reuben Jayasinghe, Head of Innovation, Transformation & Executive Advisory at AWS ASEAN, and Mr. Ekaphol Pongstabhon, a former top executive and CEO of leading domestic and international organizations. They shared their expertise and guided participants through hands-on practice. Key highlights that can be immediately applied include the concept of Bionic Storytelling—the art of communication that intertwines data-driven logic with emotionally resonant narratives to deliver credible inspiration in an era of information overload. Additionally, the session emphasized elevating strategic thinking based on Amazon’s methodologies, focusing on effective decision-making even under conditions of incomplete and rapidly changing information.

This marks the beginning of a comprehensive journey throughout the program, which aims to cultivate three essential leadership competencies: strategic planning, trust-based people management, and driving change through innovation. The curriculum is not merely focused on updating technological trends, but rather on transforming the mindset of the new generation of leaders to transcend conventional boundaries.

CPLI firmly believes that molding leaders who possess a sharp vision, manage with transparency and ethics, and are equipped to navigate change through innovation will be the vital key to elevating the capabilities of Thai organizations. This will prepare them to compete on the global stage and effectively drive the nation's economy toward robust and steady growth.
