CPLI Organizes Team Building Activity under the "Simply Excellence" Concept, Igniting New Generation Leaders with 6 Core Values to Drive the Organization Towards Sustainability

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), led by Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and President of CPLI, presided over the opening of the CPLI Town Hall 2026: Team Building activity under the theme "Simply Excellence." The event aimed to unify team spirit, inspire, and pass on the spirit of being a capable and virtuous leader to the personnel, while preparing them to strongly drive the institute toward its challenging goals.

In her opening remarks, Ms. Pimonrat emphasized the essence of "Simply Excellence," which is the heart of continuous development—executing the basics excellently to deliver the best experience to customers. She also focused on shifting the mindset of the new generation of leaders to recognize opportunities for frontline innovation, with the 6 Core Values serving as the crucial DNA anchoring their mindset. This concept was integrated through hands-on practice in the Ice Breaking Activity: 6 Core Values, which simulated situations for participants to tangibly apply these values in teamwork. The event concluded with the Mini Olympic Festival 2026, a sports day extravaganza that helped build relationships and break down cross-functional barriers.

All of these activities not only recharged positive energy and brought smiles but also cultivated leaders to be open-minded, accept change, and serve as good role models in moving forward together to create sustainable success for the organization.
