CPLI Synergizes to Elevate Operational Processes, Aiming to Deliver Superior Experiences as a Sustainable Role Model Organization

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) continues to reinforce its goal of excellence by organizing a Process Improvement Workshop during the CPLI Town Hall 2026 under the theme "Simply Excellence." The objective is to synergize personnel in developing work processes to be simpler, faster, and highly efficient. This activity focuses on solving root-cause problems to deliver a better experience for customers. It also aims to establish new work standards capable of generating tangible results within 30 to 60 days, marking a significant step in proudly leading the institute toward becoming a role model organization for success.

This workshop divided participants into 11 groups to deeply analyze, solve problems, and improve 11 core processes directly linked to service delivery, ranging from room allocation and resource management to facilitating program participants. A team of expert facilitators from the CPF Training Center was also on hand to guide and support the sessions throughout the activity. Embedded within this learning process is the cultivation of a growth mindset among new-generation leaders. It encourages open-mindedness to different perspectives, focuses on solving systemic issues rather than blaming individuals, and breaks down silos for genuine cross-team collaboration. This collective effort to reduce waste and increase work efficiency not only reflects a customer-centric corporate culture but also serves as a strong foundation for transforming service quality, driving CPLI toward sustainable operational excellence.
