CPLI Preserves Songkran Traditions and Integrates a Safe Travel Campaign, Fostering Future Leaders for Sustainability

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), led by Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief People Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and President of CPLI, hosted an event to welcome the Songkran festival and Thai New Year. The initiative aimed to preserve invaluable cultural traditions and warmly boost the morale of all personnel. Activities included a traditional Buddha bathing ceremony for prosperity, along with a water-pouring ceremony to seek blessings from senior executives, fostering strong relationships and gathering positive energy for a joyous new year.

The team also visited employees, business partners, and Future Leaders Program (FLP) participants to share smiles and well wishes in a friendly atmosphere. Furthermore, CPLI collaborated with the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Committee to launch the Warm and Safe Songkran: Drive Responsibly, Care for Others campaign, elevating travel safety for everyone. These combined activities serve as a strategic approach to refining the mindset of the new generation of leaders. It encourages them to realize that true leadership begins with empathy and a sense of collective responsibility. Whether through upholding beautiful traditions or showing consideration on the road, these qualities are essential foundations for effective management and team care.
