CPLI Welcomes 'Ruammit Program' Delegation to Exchange Perspectives on Leadership for National Sustainability

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently welcomed a delegation of students from the Advanced Executive Development Program, also known as the 'Ruammit Program,' led by Program Director Pol. Gen. Wisanu Prasarttong-Osoth. The visit featured a special panel discussion with senior executives from CP Group, led by Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont, Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group, to exchange perspectives and experiences on leadership development for driving sustainable organizational and national growth.

On this occasion, Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul, President of the CP Leadership Institute, presented an overview of CPLI's role as the Group's central hub for leadership development. She highlighted that the institute was founded on the vision of Senior Chairman Dhanin Chearavanont, emphasizing that its core mission is to create leaders who are both "capable and virtuous."
