CPLI Hosts 'Sprint Day' to Prepare Contestants for CP Exponential Surge 2025 Innovation Pitch
The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) has advanced its development of contestants for the “CP Exponential Surge 2025” competition by hosting a “Sprint Day: CP Exponential Surge” event. The workshop was held from October 2 to October 3, 2025, to foster innovative thinking and prepare the teams for the upcoming 1st Pitching round scheduled for October 16-17.
During the event, contestants received in-depth training from experts in business and innovation design. Through a hands-on learning process, the program aimed to build a foundational understanding of key concepts such as Product-Market Fit, customer pain point analysis, and solution design. The training also covered business model and market strategy, as well as financial planning. Participants engaged in workshops and case studies that reflected real-world business challenges, all under the close guidance of the expert facilitators.
The two-day event was characterized by an enthusiastic atmosphere and a constructive exchange of perspectives among the teams, all seeking to elevate their innovative concepts to meet future market and societal needs.
A participant from team CPF303 remarked, “The instructors taught us to adopt a more business-oriented mindset and to think of others more from a customer's perspective. Previously, we only saw things from a producer's viewpoint. This makes the picture much clearer for when we launch a product to the market.”
Meanwhile, a participant from team YoungYou shared, “Today was very engaging; we were constantly thinking and doing. I got to know everyone and see the potential of all the teams. I am glad to see that our organization will continue to thrive for another hundred years. Today, I learned about analyzing and researching our own business—not just understanding ourselves, but also understanding the customer from an outside-in perspective.”
The CP Leadership Institute is confident that this preparation will serve as a key driving force, pushing the contestants to develop into innovation leaders who are ready to transform the organization and Thai society for a sustainable future. This, in turn, elevates the CP Exponential Surge 2025 competition, making it more intense and impactful.
