CPLI Drives Global Ambitions Through Collective Engagement Across the Organization

In alignment with its sustainable organizational development goals, the CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) hosted the "CPLI Strategic Workshop" as a key feature of the CPLI Townhall 2025. The workshop was designed to foster inclusive participation, enabling employees from across the organization to contribute ideas, exchange perspectives, and channel creative energy toward shaping CPLI’s future direction.

Participants were divided into breakout groups to collaboratively explore and propose solutions around three strategic pillars identified for 2025. The workshop aimed to lay the groundwork for CPLI’s evolution into a truly global leadership institute and knowledge hub.

The atmosphere in the room was energized by unity, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. Employees from various functions came together to propose ideas that reflected a deep understanding of CPLI’s context—from developing internal talent and optimizing institutional space, to enhancing curriculum design in alignment with business needs and delivering long-term social and environmental impact.

This workshop served as a powerful platform to reinforce the notion that every individual, as co-owner of CPLI's vision, has a role in shaping the organization’s future. It embodied the "One Team, One Dream" culture, where every voice matters, every idea holds value, and every team member contributes to a shared, ambitious future.
