CPLI Delivers Recycled DIY Creations from Aspiring Leaders to Students at Ban Pong Kasang School, Inspiring Joy, Creativity, and Sustainable Environmental Stewardship
CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently collaborated with participants of the CP Potential Leaders Development Program (PLP), also known as the “Taokae Lek” program, to host an “ESG WORKSHOP: DIY Toys from Recycled Materials—From Us to You.” This initiative was aimed at promoting sustainable development principles aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. Through this workshop, the next generation of leaders demonstrated their commitment to environmental conservation by transforming discarded materials, such as plastic bottles, cardboard, and used drink containers, into valuable creations like piggy banks and educational toys that stimulate creativity and imagination.
Today, these handcrafted items were presented to students at Ban Pong Kasang School, where they were met with great enthusiasm from teachers and students alike. Teachers praised the ingenuity of several creations and expressed their intention to use them as examples for future student projects, encouraging creativity and hands-on learning. The participating leaders felt a deep sense of fulfillment as they witnessed the happiness their contributions brought to the children. In addition to the recycled toys, they also distributed stationery, colored pencils, snacks, and milk to the students.
This initiative serves as a clear demonstration of CPLI's commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The event emphasized the importance of cultivating a sense of sustainability in the younger generation, instilling values of environmental stewardship and resource efficiency—core tenets of CP Group’s ESG approach. By integrating these principles into their operations, CPLI not only showcases its dedication to the environment, society, and good governance but also underscores its role in shaping a sustainable future for the youth and society at large.
