Fostering an understanding of ethics, honesty, and rule compliance through the "Compliance Hunter" activity and the analysis of "gray area scenarios." This allowed participants to practice making the right decisions, even in situations where the answers might not be entirely clear.

Converting risk awareness into action through the "Risk Radar Challenge." Participants practiced identifying risks from simulated scenarios, evaluating their potential impacts, and defining control measures before those risks could escalate into actual problems.

Promoting responsible thinking and operations through the "Sustainability Match Battle." This activity linked sustainability issues with practical solutions to co-create value today without compromising the opportunities of future generations.
