CPLI Launches "Waste Separation: No Mixed Dumping" Activity Under the CPLI Green Heart Project, Elevating Comprehensive Waste Sorting Toward Zero Food Waste to Landfill

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) hosted the "CPLI Waste Separation: No Mixed Dumping" activity under the CPLI Green Heart project at the CPLI employee cafeteria. Over 100 CPLI employees and outsourced personnel participated in the initiative, which aimed to raise awareness on proper waste sorting and reaffirm the organization's unwavering commitment to sustainability. This effort actively drives toward achieving Zero Food Waste to Landfill, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Charoen Pokphand Group's core sustainability policies.

As part of the initiative, CPLI revamped its educational waste-sorting signage and installed comprehensive disposal stations covering all waste categories. These stations feature designated bins for recyclable plastics, glass bottles, aluminum, general waste, and food waste. This infrastructure empowers employees to accurately separate waste at the source, ensuring recyclables are efficiently channeled back into the recycling system under the guiding concept: "Sort Right, Reduce Global Warming, Protect the Environment."

Furthermore, the event fostered lively employee engagement through the "Waste Separation Speed Challenge," an interactive game challenging participants to sort items into the correct categories within 15 seconds. The activity brought vibrant energy and smiles while seamlessly embedding practical, easy-to-remember waste-sorting knowledge into a fun experience.

This initiative marks another milestone for CPLI in cultivating a collaborative workplace culture focused on effective waste sorting and resource optimization. It reinforces the core belief that sustainability is not merely a corporate policy, but an integral part of every employee's daily routine—uniting efforts to propel both the organization and society toward a sustainable future.
