CPLI Redefines Valentine’s Day, Nurturing FLP18 and 19 to Become Givers through Collaborative Creative Bag Painting for the Community

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) organized a “Learning Day” on the topic of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for the CP Future Leaders Development Program (FLP), Batches 18 and 19. The objective was to cultivate young leaders' understanding of the foundations of sustainable business development through hands-on practice. The initiative focused on instilling an ESG mindset as an operational standard starting at the individual level, while decoding the Group's sustainability strategies into tangible results for society.

This event bridged knowledge and practice through a creative workshop that allowed leaders from various business groups to unite. By transforming the atmosphere of the month of love into positive energy, participants engaged in painting multi-purpose cloth bags under the theme “Heartbeat of Hope.” More than 70 bags were donated to the Khannong Phra Tai Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital to support the work of medical personnel in home-care teams and for patients to use as medicine bags, serving as an alternative to plastic bags.

The organization of this activity marks a significant step in molding “capable and virtuous” leaders who recognize that true success is not measured solely by business figures, but by growth that accompanies sustainable social and environmental care. It instills the DNA of social responsibility deeply into the hearts of the new generation of leaders to drive a better future together.
