CPLI Instills ESG Principles in New Leaders, Guiding 'Tao Kae Noi' to Learn Alongside the Community by Making Herbal Compresses

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), through its CP Future Leaders Development Program (FLP) or 'Tao Kae Noi' Department, recently hosted an "ESG By CPLI" event. The initiative was designed to deepen the understanding and instill the principles of good governance and sustainability in the next generation of leaders.
In collaboration with Pak Chong Nana Hospital, CPLI organized a "Herbal Compresses for the Community" activity. This provided a space for the FLP participants to learn about traditional Thai medicine and gain hands-on experience by making herbal compresses themselves. A total of 122 compresses were then delivered to Pak Chong Nana Hospital and 20 affiliated sub-district health promotion hospitals to be used for medical purposes.
This event clearly reflects CPLI's unique leadership development process, which emphasizes Action-Based Learning. It effectively connected the ESG knowledge learned during a morning training session with a practical afternoon activity that directly benefited society. This approach aligns perfectly with the Charoen Pokphand Group's "3-Benefits" principle, which focuses on creating value for the nation and its people while simultaneously developing the organization's personnel into socially responsible leaders.
CPLI firmly believes that providing new leaders with opportunities to engage directly with the community helps cultivate "seeds of goodness." It inspires them to apply their knowledge and experience to drive business and society forward in a sustainable manner. Because true sustainability... starts with our own hands.
