CPLI Sports and Social Activities Department Promotes Health and Well-being through Yoga Training for People with Disabilities and Caregivers

In line with its commitment to promoting the well-being of the general public, the CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) collaborated with the Center for Service of Disabled People with Physical and Movement Impairments to organize a workshop on "Yoga Training for Focus, Mind, and Body for People with Disabilities and Caregivers." The event, held at the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Disabled Association Meeting Room, aimed to provide working-age and elderly people with disabilities, along with their caregivers, with an effective tool for enhancing physical and mental health.

The workshop, led by Mr. Sathirawich Tiskrathok, Sports and Social Activities Department Manager at CPLI, and Ms. Nucharin Warasit, a lecturer from the Department of Sports Science and Development at Thammasat University, introduced participants to a unique form of exercise that combines focus, mind, and body. This holistic approach not only promotes physical fitness and flexibility but also enhances mental focus and overall well-being.

CPLI's support for the workshop extends beyond providing expert instruction. The organization also contributed 180 bottles of drinking water to ensure that participants stayed hydrated during and after the exercise session. This gesture reflects CPLI's dedication to the well-being of those who participated in the workshop.

The workshop serves as a testament to CPLI's unwavering commitment to promoting health and well-being for all, particularly vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and their caregivers. By providing access to effective health promotion programs and initiatives, CPLI is making a significant contribution to creating a more inclusive and healthy society.
