CPLI Elevates Digital-Era Leaders, Hosting AI Thinking Partner Program to Transform Tao Kae Lek into Modern Business Strategists

Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute (CPLI) organized a training session titled AI Thinking Partner: Design Thinking and Strategic Decision-Making with Copilot for participants of the CP Potential Leaders Development Program (PLP), also known as Tao Kae Lek. The objective is to elevate business management capabilities by shifting the focus from using technology for basic question-and-answer interactions to harnessing the potential of AI as a Thinking Partner. This approach stimulates deep analytical thinking for comprehensive, rapid, and objective strategic decision-making.

Throughout the training, participants learned through real-world business case studies from Charoen Pokphand Group's business units and practiced applying analytical tools in conjunction with AI. A key takeaway that can be immediately applied to work is the technique of transforming artificial intelligence into a partner through the Design Thinking process. For example, during the empathize stage, users can prompt the AI to act as a detective gathering clues to help compile in-depth information and uncover customer needs. Alternatively, during the brainstorming stage, the AI can be assigned the role of a devil's advocate to help evaluate pros and cons, identify flaws in ideas, and even assist in creating a Decision Matrix. This concept helps executives realize that the best idea might not always be the optimal strategy to choose without comprehensive data analysis.

Cultivating these skills and enhancing technological understanding among the Tao Kae Lek program participants builds a strong foundation and elevates their leadership potential to the next level.
