CPLI Cultivates FLPs into Modern Leaders, Equipping Them with Presentation Skills to Enhance Potential and Drive Change

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) organized a learning session titled Presentation for young leaders for participants of the CP Future Leaders Development Program (FLP). The initiative aims to elevate their capabilities from being experts to becoming well-rounded leaders. The session focused on effective communication and presentation skills, which act as a vital gear in transforming information into actionable decisions, building confidence, and persuading stakeholders to collaboratively drive the organization's goals toward tangible success.

The event was honored by Khun Jiramet Bantito, or Kru Ice, from The Modern Melody Studio, who shared techniques for both offline and online presentations. This preparation enables the new generation of leaders to present their performance results to the Senior Chairman and top executives with professionalism. The session highlighted three key presentation principles that can be applied immediately. First is adopting an audience-centric approach by analyzing the interests, needs, and influencing factors of the listeners prior to the discussion. Second is utilizing the P.C.A. Framework, which consists of capturing attention with a Problem, highlighting the core Concept, and clearly stating the Action required. This structure ensures that the message is concise while delivering maximum impact. The final principle is recognizing the power of non-verbal communication, as body language and tone of voice collectively account for 93 percent of the message's impact, whereas the actual words spoken contribute only 7 percent.

Cultivating presentation skills among the Tao Kae Noi leaders goes beyond enhancing individual capabilities; it establishes a robust foundation for the new generation of leaders to effectively communicate their vision and inspire others. Leaders who can powerfully articulate their ideas will be the key to forging collaborative synergies, creating positive change, and propelling both the organization and Thai society toward a sustainable future.
