CPLI Hosts Replacement Ceremony for Chao Mae Sabai Thong Shrine to Enhance Auspiciousness and Boost Team Morale

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) held a worship and replacement ceremony for the new Chao Mae Sabai Thong Shrine. The event was graciously presided over by Ms. Pimolrat Reephattanavijitkul, Chief Human Resources Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and President of the CP Leadership Institute. Executives and team members gathered in unison at the Chao Mae Sabai Thong Shrine area and the Gallery Room on the 2nd floor to participate in the event, aiming to bring auspiciousness, peace, and prosperity to the organization's operations.

The event featured a Brahmin ceremony to officially install and consecrate the new shrine, followed by a Buddhist chanting ceremony. Alms and lunch were offered to five monks, who then generously sprinkled holy water around the shrine and various areas within the training building. This auspicious ceremony not only preserves beautiful traditions but also serves as a spiritual anchor, significantly boosting the morale of the team. It prepares everyone to perform their duties with joy and seamless collaboration, uniting their efforts to drive the organization toward sustainable success.
