CPLI Empowers Future Leaders Through FLP ESG Workshop, Promoting Sustainability via Creative TikTok Initiatives

The CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) recently hosted the FLP ESG Workshop under the theme “Mission for Sustainability” to foster ESG awareness among emerging leaders of the 17th cohort of the CP Future Leaders Development Program (FLP). This innovative workshop provided participants with a platform to share creative ideas and collaborate on sustainable solutions by producing short video clips on TikTok. The use of this modern communication medium effectively engages the younger generation, inspiring them to drive meaningful change.

During the workshop, each team was randomly assigned one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a challenge, tasking them with creating a TikTok video that communicates their visions and practices for sustainability. The submission that garnered the highest engagement was from the CPF Samut Prakan Fresh Market team, which received 5,240 likes.
