CPLI Receives 7th Letter of Recognition from the LESS Project, Reaffirming Commitment to Sustainable Greenhouse Gas Reduction
CP Leadership Institute (CPLI) has received its 7th letter of recognition from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Activities Support Program (LESS), administered by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). The recognition was awarded for the "Energy Saving Project," which successfully reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 809.224 tons of CO2 equivalent. This project encompasses activities aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting renewable energy, including:
- Installation of an 832 kW floating solar cell system, generating 1,179,021 kilowatt-hours of electricity.
- Enhancing the efficiency of a 350-ton Chiller system, leading to an electricity reduction of 478,175 kilowatt-hours.
- Replacing bathroom lights with LED bulbs, contributing to a 8,904 kilowatt-hour decrease in electricity consumption.
The success of this project not only significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions but also underscores CPLI's dedication to the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework, contributing to a sustainable environmental future.
