CPLI Partners with CP Group Risk Management Office to Organize Risk Management Workshop, Promoting a Proactive Risk Culture in the Organization

CP Leadership Institute (CPLI), in collaboration with the Charoen Pokphand Group's Risk Management Office (CRO), recently held the CPLI Risk Management Workshop. This training aimed to foster a proactive risk management culture across all departments within the organization, with a focus on enhancing understanding of risk assessment and management through the Risk Management Intelligence (RMI) system. This system improves efficiency in systematically assessing and monitoring risks. The workshop was led by Ms. Marisa Preechasuk and the CRO team, who served as the primary instructors.

The training emphasized comprehensive risk management knowledge, ensuring that employees understand risks across all areas of the organization. It also introduced the RMI software, which features essential functions such as providing an overview of risks in a user-friendly format. The system facilitates the comparison and evaluation of risks against industry standards across various sectors and includes real-time risk monitoring and alert capabilities. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to test the RMI software by assessing risks within their own departments, thus developing practical and effective risk management skills.

This initiative marks a significant step towards integrating risk management as a core component of all operations at Charoen Pokphand Group, contributing to the organization's long-term stable and sustainable growth.
